Do I need an account?

Not to send on Free, and never to receive. Open SuperSend, add your files and share the link. You only sign in for Basic or Super.

Where do my files go?

Straight from your device to theirs. They are never uploaded or stored, so we could not look at them even if we wanted to. Keep the page open until they have everything.

What is a backup route?

Some networks, often office or hotel Wi-Fi, block a direct connection. When that happens on Basic or Super, SuperSend passes the encrypted files through a relay instead. It still stores nothing. Most sends never need one. On Free, try another network, like mobile data.

Is there a limit on Basic?

Basic sends up to 20 GB at a time and can use the backup route 20 times a month. Direct sends never count. If you use all 20 backup routes, direct sends keep working as normal, and the count starts again next month.

What about Super?

Super is £10 a month. It sends up to 100 GB at a time and has no count on the backup route. It also comes with Super on every Super Basic app, £20 a month, which adds Super features in the other apps too.

Does the person receiving need anything?

No account and no app. They open your link or scan the QR code in any modern browser.
